Assistant Project Manager and Draftsman for StageLight Inc.  He works freelance as a designer and photographer.
He received his MFA in Technical Direction (Cum Laude) from The University of Arizona. Ross worked as a teaching assistant/shop supervisor for stagecraft labs and for theatre appreciation.
Prior to coming to the U of A, Ross was the Theatre Teacher at Pinecrest High School.  He worked as the Technical Director and Facilities Manager at the Robert E. Lee Auditorium. The REL serves as Moore County's roadhouse provided a touring venue to groups like the NC Symphony, Carolina Ballet, and the US Naval Academy Boys Choir.
He graduated with honors from East Carolina University with a BFA in Theatre Education. He received his licensure to tach K-12 theatre in NC. Ross also worked as the Shop Electrician for McGinnis Auditorium for four years.
Mr. Rauschkolb presently owns Amalgam FX, an award winning art & photography company which dabbles at some theatrical production work. Winning a Silver Bowl award in photography and a Golden key for painting are among a few of his artistic highlights He is a member of USITT and Theta Alpha Phi.
